Recommend the Following requirements when installing under a Crawlspace area: * All Exterior vents must be closed, this will stop 90% of condensation humidity from entering the crawlspace. * Recommend dryer to be vented to exterior, not into the crawlspace area. * Recommend Air Conditioner condensate line be vented to the exterior. * Recommend gutters be drained away from house. * Recommend Pressure relief valve on Hot water heater be vent to exterior foundation. * Recommend installing a moisture barrier under crawlspace area. If you have a moisture barrier under your crawlspace and it has standing water on top of plastic, we recommend placing holes with a screwdriver to allow water to drain. If your crawlspace is lower the your exterior foundation, we recommend installing a condensation pump with the dehumidifier and A/C system to help drain the systems to the exterior.
